Under NSW's Dividing Fences Act, neighbours generally share the cost of a standard dividing fence 50/50. We can quote either side, or split the invoice if you'd rather sort it that way from the start.
Most standard boundary fences under 1.8m don't need approval. Pool fencing, higher fences, and anything on a heritage-listed street usually does. We'll tell you honestly at quote stage, not after the posts are in.
A standard residential boundary, one day, start to finish. Longer runs, retaining sections or a full deck build get an honest timeline at quote stage.
We call Dial Before You Dig before every job. If something unexpected turns up on the day, we stop and talk it through with you rather than guessing.
A written workmanship warranty on the install, plus manufacturer warranty on Colorbond steel (up to the coating's rated term) or the timber treatment, spelled out on your quote.
